The Challenge

Building a streaming app for Mercedes vehicles is no ordinary task. You're designing for a premium brand, a distraction-minimized environment, and strict performance constraints. Every interaction needs to be safe, elegant, and fast.

What I Built

I was the main frontend engineer in the project. The focus was on a responsive, minimal UI that wouldn't distract drivers. I optimized rendering and asset loading to meet the strict in-vehicle performance requirements, and implemented GraphQL data flows with multi-language support (i18n) for global deployment.

The Result

I balanced brand standards, usability, and performance while keeping driver safety in mind. The app launched in Mercedes vehicles globally. I learned a lot about high-performance scenarios in software development and how to optimize the frontend for streaming performance.
